  • Health Monitoring and provision of Corporate and Individual Health Advice;

Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment

The Occupational Health Practice has been engaged by a Construction Company to support and provide ongoing oversight of the Health and Safety of it’s individual Projects - Demolition / Construction.
This work has included:

  • Method Statement Development;
  • Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment;
  • Communication of Method and Risk Assessment to Personnel and key Stakeholders at Kick Off meetings and in Site Tool Box Talks;
  • Oversight of Work Activity;
  • Monitoring and reporting of Oversight Activity;
  • Incident Investigation and Close out of identified Corrective Actions.

Incident Investigation

The Occupational Health Practice has been engaged to undertake Incident Investigation following a fatal Accident and subsequently to develop, implement, provide oversight of and report to Senior Management of identified Corrective Actions.

Operations Oversight

The Occupational Health Practice has been retained by a number of Logistics, Construction and Agricultural Businesses to provide Operational Oversight at:

  • Cargo Loading, Lashing and Securing Operations - Collection Points and Transhipment Points (Ports);
  • Demolition of Glasshouses and Boiler houses;
  • Crop Harvesting and Food Preparation Operations.

  • To develop specific Audit Terms of Reference (TOR);
  • Communicate Audit TORs to stakeholders;
